Insurance & License Verification Disclosure

1. Purpose

ZT Pros, LLC ("ZT Pros," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology platform and referral business that refers homeowners to independent, state-compliant home and other service contractors. This disclosure explains our contractor verification process, what we verify, what we do not verify, and the limitations of our verification.

Before a contractor is eligible to receive referrals through the ZT Pros platform (the "Platform"), we verify the following documentation:

ZT Pros does not perform the following:

• Background checks: We do not conduct criminal background checks, credit checks, or personal history investigations on contractors. Our verification is limited to professional licensing and insurance compliance.
• Quality of work: We do not inspect, supervise, or guarantee the quality of any contractor's work. Contractors are independent professionals responsible for their own workmanship.
• Financial stability: We do not evaluate a contractor's financial condition, creditworthiness, or business viability.
• Employee screening: We do not verify or screen any employees, subcontractors, or workers that a contractor may hire or engage.
• Real-time insurance status: While we monitor expiration dates and require timely renewals, we cannot guarantee that a contractor's insurance has not been cancelled or lapsed between our verification checks.

4. Ongoing Compliance Monitoring

ZT Pros continuously monitors contractor compliance status through automated systems:

• Expiration tracking: Our system tracks license and insurance expiration dates and sends automated reminders at 60 days, 30 days, and 7 days before expiration
• Automatic sidelining: If a contractor's license or insurance expires without renewal, they are automatically removed from the active referral pool. They are not penalized — they simply become ineligible for new referrals until they provide updated documentation.
• Re-activation: Once a contractor submits valid, updated documentation, their compliance status is reviewed and they are restored to the active referral pool

5. Contractor Responsibility

Each contractor on the Platform is an independent professional and is solely responsible for:

• Maintaining all required state and local licenses, permits, and certifications
• Maintaining adequate insurance coverage at all times
• Promptly updating the Platform with renewed or changed documentation
• Complying with all applicable laws, building codes, and industry standards
• The quality, safety, and legality of all work they perform

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

ZT Pros's verification process is a compliance check — not a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty of any contractor's qualifications, reliability, or work quality. Specifically:

• Verification confirms that a contractor has submitted documentation that appears valid at the time of review. It does not constitute an independent investigation or audit.
• ZT Pros is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from a contractor's work, conduct, or failure to maintain valid credentials.
• Customers are encouraged to independently verify contractor credentials, request references, and exercise their own judgment when hiring any contractor.
• The presence of a contractor on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement by ZT Pros.

7. Reporting Compliance Concerns

If you have reason to believe that a contractor on the Platform is operating without valid licensing or insurance, please report it immediately:

All reports are investigated promptly. Contractors found to be operating without valid credentials will be immediately removed from the active referral pool pending resolution.
