ZT Pros LLC ("ZT Pros," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the ZT Pros platform (the "Platform") as described in this Cookie Policy.

3. Local Storage
In addition to cookies, the Platform uses browser local storage (a similar technology that stores data on your device) for the following purposes:

4. Analytics
The Platform uses Umami, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics tool. Umami is designed to be GDPR-compliant and does not use cookies by default. It collects anonymized, aggregated data about page views and visitor counts to help us understand how the Platform is used and improve the user experience. Umami does not track individual users, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not share data with third parties.
5. Third-Party Cookies
ZT Pros does not currently use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking cookies. If we introduce any third-party cookies in the future, this Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly, and you will be notified through the cookie consent banner.
The Platform integrates with the following third-party services, which may set their own cookies when you interact with them:
- Stripe: When contractors process referral fee payments through the Platform, Stripe may set cookies necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention. Customers pay contractors directly and do not interact with Stripe through the Platform. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
6. Your Cookie Choices
When you first visit the Platform, a cookie consent banner allows you to choose between:
- Accept All: Enables all cookies, including functional cookies that enhance your experience
- Essential Only: Enables only the cookies strictly necessary for the Platform to function (authentication and consent storage)
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, if you block essential cookies, you may not be able to log in or use authenticated features of the Platform.
